Digestive Relief is an aromatherapy roller crafted to ease common digestive discomforts including bloating, gas, upset stomach, and cramping. Small batch, handcrafted in San Francisco by a certified aromatherapist using high-quality organic essential oils and organic carrier oil.
With a little science and a lot of heart, I blended fennel, peppermint, black pepper, and roman chamomile with intention. Together, these oils work to soothe and settle the digestive system. They may offer gentle complementary support for those who experience IBS, colic, or Crohn's-related symptoms, but are not intended to replace medical treatment or professional advice.
The Oils
Fennel - With a long history in supporting the digestive system, fennel earns its spot as one of the best oils for abdominal pain, gas, bloating, nausea and other symptoms that contribute to digestive discomfort.
Black Pepper - A warming oil known for its antispasmodic and detoxifying properties that stimulate digestion, relieve cramping and ease the discomfort of bloating and gas.
Peppermint - One of the best oils for digestion known to calm spasms of the GI tract, soothe upset stomach, excess gas, nausea and abdominal pain.
Roman Chamomile - As a deeply calming oil, it’s perfect for stress-related digestive upsets, bloating, gas and digestive spasms.
How to Use
Apply to abdomen in a clockwise motion three-six times at the first sign of bloating, gas or discomfort.
Please Note
Due to the trans-anethole content in fennel and the stimulating nature of peppermint, this roller is not recommended during pregnancy or for young children.
