Based in San Francisco, Kremi believes that when people feel well, they thrive. And that's what drives everything she does. She works with employees, leaders, and teams to build resilience, find calm, spark creativity, and feel more connected, through a heartfelt blend of meditation, yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, and science. As a certified Aromatherapist, Kremi also creates white-labeled and branded signature scent blends for companies, giving people a pocket-sized mindfulness ritual they can return to long after the event is over.

Over the past 10 years, she has had the joy of leading sessions for companies like Google, Salesforce, Microsoft, BuzzFeed, HubSpot, Pinterest, DoorDash, Paramount, and Cisco.

Kremi's wellness journey began 14 years ago as a curious student and has since grown into 500+ hours of training across Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness, Reiki, Aromatherapy, and Ayurveda. She shows up to every session with the same intention she brings to her own practice: whole-hearted, present, and genuinely invested in the people in the room.

Before moving into wellness full-time, she served as VP of Operations at an executive coaching group, giving her a deep understanding of leadership, organizational culture, and what people at every level of a company actually need.

Guided Meditation with Aromatherapy

Treat your team to a uniquely grounding 60-minute meditation experience that engages the mind, body, and senses. Through breathwork, guided meditation, and aromatherapy, your team will feel calm, present, and refreshed. Participants bring mindfulness home with them through a handcrafted aromatherapy roller, a pocket-sized moment of self-care they can return to anytime.

Aromatherapy & Mindfulness Workshop

A restorative 60-minute experience blending gentle movement, meditation, breathwork, and aromatherapy education. Participants learn the basics of aromatherapy and safety, practice balancing breathwork and mindfulness techniques, and leave with practical tools for daily stress relief and focus. Includes take-home aromatherapy rollers.

Introduction to Aromatherapy & Essential Oils Workshop

A hands-on 60-minute class where participants learn how essential oils support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Explore the science and benefits of various oils, discover aromatherapy safety and best practices, and create personalized blends to take home using guided recipes.

Mindfulness & Stress Management Workshop

A relaxing 60-minute class teaching practical techniques for managing stress and creating calm during busy workdays. Learn how mindfulness affects the nervous system, discover simple practices to reset and rebalance, and experience guided exercises including a sensory practice, meditation, and restorative yoga. Participants leave with tools they can use daily to relax, refocus, and cultivate healthier work-life balance.

Vision Board Workshop

An empowering 90-minute session combining guided meditation, reflection, and creative expression. Participants begin with a calming visualization meditation and journaling exercise designed to explore dreams and goals, then bring their vision to life by creating a personalized physical or digital vision board. Optional sharing time allows participants to articulate their intentions and inspire one another.

Guided Meditation & Breath Session

30-minute guided sessions combining grounding practices, intentional breathwork, and meditation tailored to your team's needs. Participants move through a structured practice designed to shift from work mode into presence, with options including stress relief, focus, resilience, and more. Closes with reflection and integration. (60-minute upgrade available)

Vinyasa and/or Restorative Yoga Class

A 60-minute practice blending gentle, mindful movement with breath and visualization. Through slow and stretchy sequences, participants explore poses at their own pace while building strength and releasing tension from sitting at a desk all day. This class activates the parasympathetic nervous system using breath and movement to soften stress and reconnect with the body.
