Relax is a calming aromatherapy roller designed to soothe your nervous system, release tension, and help you unwind at the end of a long day. Small batch, handcrafted in San Francisco by a certified aromatherapist using high-quality organic essential oils and organic carrier oil.
I blended frankincense, geranium, lavender, and red mandarin with intention. Together, these oils ease stress, quiet the mind, and invite you into a state of deep relaxation.

The Oils
Frankincense - A deeply grounding oil that promotes mental peace and clarity. It calms scattered, stressed minds and brings you back to a state of deep relaxation.
Geranium - Balances emotions and soothes the nervous system. Known for its ability to ease anxiety and encourage emotional release, it brings a gentle, nurturing energy.
Lavender - One of the most well-studied oils for calming the nervous system and soothing aggravated emotional states. A deeply heart-opening oil for when you need to soften.
Red Mandarin - A gentle, calming citrus oil that promotes relaxation and the processing of emotions. Its sweet, warm aroma helps ease tension and supports restful sleep.
How to Use
Roll onto your pulse points and breathe deeply, smelling the aroma for 3 breaths to ground. Use it in the evening to unwind, before bed to support restful sleep, during breathwork or meditation, or anytime you need to relax your nervous system after a long day.
