I blended vetiver, roman chamomile, sweet marjoram, lavender, and black spruce with intention. Together, these grounding, sedative oils calm an overactive mind, soothe anxious thoughts, and signal to your nervous system that it's safe to rest.

The Oils
Vetiver - A deeply grounding oil that creates a sense of rooted security and stillness when anxious thoughts take over. Its earthy, sedative qualities help quiet mental chatter and anchor you into your body.
Roman Chamomile - A gentle nervous system soother that calms an overactive mind and eases symptoms of insomnia. Rich in compounds that have an anxiolytic effect, its calming nature is a relaxing tonic after a long day.
Sweet Marjoram - Eases stress and deeply relaxes the nervous system. Known for its sleep-inducing properties, it helps quiet anxious thoughts and supports emotional release.
Lavender - One of the most well-studied oils for improving sleep quality. It reduces stress hormones like cortisol, calms the nervous system, and helps support more restorative rest.
Black Spruce - Creates a calm, forest-like atmosphere that prepares your mind and body for sleep. Rich in compounds like bornyl acetate, it promotes relaxation and exhibits sedative effects to support a good night’s sleep.
How to Use
Roll onto your pulse points and breathe deeply, smelling the aroma for 3 breaths to ground. Use it during your evening wind-down routine, right before bed, or anytime you need to reset your nervous system and invite rest.
